Neimi is a mischievous young mermaid who ventures along with my other OC, Douse. As her kind is special and rare, Neimi keeps a crystal around her neck to remind her of the other mer-people, or whatever's left of them . All the mermaid/men's eyes glow the color of her necklace, as though it runs through their blood.

Neimi's design was originally an "under the sea" adoptable made by *pinkdustbunnie that I recently adopted for Douse.
